According to the oblast departments of agriculture, as of December 2 agricultural producers of Kazakhstan harvested grains throughout nearly 14.855 mln ha, or 99.1% of the planted areas. The production volumes reached 18.915 mln tonnes of grains, with the average yield of 1.27 t/ha, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As a reminder, on the same date in 2013 Kazakhstan harvested over 20.82 mln tonnes of grains throughout the areas of 15.64 mln ha (99.4%), with the average yield of 1.33 t/ha.
