Hours after the fire accident reduced sugarcane crops on 50 acres into ashes in Mogudampally mandal, two more accidents were reported in two different villages in the mandal on Tuesday night.

 

One such accident resulted when a lorry carrying sugarcane came in touch with live overhead wires at Gousabad. The fire spread to 10 acres of harvested crop and the drip pipes on 10 acres of field of farmer Sanjeeva Reddy were reduced to ashes.
