Agroinsurance International is conducting a survey on agricultural insurers response to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. National governments have implemented a range of measures to stop the virus from spreading and keep us safe. These measures include regional lock-downs, limits on public gatherings, quarantine restrictions, international travel bans and recommendations for working-from-home arrangements. The purpose of this survey is to understand if agricultural insurers have also experienced significant difficulties operating their businesses in 2020, such as underwriting new business, processing renewals and assessing losses. We are also interested whether agricultural insurers have implemented any new procedures and protocols or had to change the way they conduct business under these challenging circumstances. It is expected that some insurers may utilise new technologies like drones or satellite remote sensing to assist with business operations, and we would be glad to get information about any innovations. AgroInsurance Team would be thankful if you could participate in this survey and provide your answers. Agroinsurance International will share the results of the survey with the insurance industry. We will treat your answers confidential and will not disclose the names of individuals or companies participating in the survey. We plan to provide specific or detailed information only on the countries from where we will get response. You can access to the survey through the following link – PARTICIPATE IN THE SURVEY. Thank you in advance for your participation in this survey!
