Ukraine - Planting campaign started in all regions

The planting campaign started in all regions of Ukraine, stated the Director of the Department of farming agriculture and technical policy of the agro-industrial complex at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, Volodymyr Topchiy.

In particular, Ukrainian agrarians planted early spring grain crops throughout 744 thsd ha (30% of the forecast).

Agrarians of the certain raions of Luhansk and Donetsk regions being under the control of Ukraine also started the planting campaign. Thus, in Donetsk region the early spring crops planting capmaign was completed throughout 36.1 thsd ha (20%), and in Luhansk oblast - 10.9 thsd ha (16%), declared V.Topchiy.
